TVHC Earns HRSA Operational Site Visit Badge for Compliance Excellence
We are proud to share that TVHC has earned the 2024 Operational Site Visit (OSV) Badge from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), recognizing full compliance with all Health Center Program requirements.
The OSV is a comprehensive federal review process that evaluates a health center’s clinical operations, governance, financial management, and overall compliance. Earning the OSV Badge reflects TVHC’s strong systems, accountability, and ongoing commitment to operational excellence in service of our patients and community.
This achievement is the result of coordinated efforts across teams throughout the organization. From clinical care and quality improvement to finance, compliance, operations, and administrative support, staff across TVHC played a critical role in preparing for and successfully completing the review.
