TVHC Celebrates Tiburcio Gives Thanks Week
TVHC was in the spirit of giving thanks during the last week of November. We celebrated our traditional Tiburcio Gives Thanks Week, a time-honored tradition when staff from all sites and departments show their appreciation for one another.

In the spirit of appreciation, the TVHC Executive Team hosted catered lunches at three of our main sites to thank everyone for all they do. These lunches also provided an opportunity for TVHC staff from multiple locations to gather and celebrate the holiday season.

After each lunch, the Executive Team held a raffle where attendees had the chance to win Amazon gift cards.

Staff had more chances to win gift cards by participating in the daily themes of the week. Each theme is centered around our values, history, or current goals.
For Twin Day, staff dress up to match with a team member they know they can accomplish anything with. This theme highlights collaboration – how we can accomplish anything if we support each other and work together.
For Superhero Day, staff celebrate the heroic work they do every day. As TVHC superheroes, staff aim to be high performers who continue to serve our patients and community by providing high-quality care.
For Sports Day, staff wear their favorite team gear to show their spirit and the value of teamwork at TVHC.
For Disney Day, staff come dressed in their favorite Disney attire to represent the magic that happens by being people-centered.
For Explorer Day, staff dress up as daring explorers to celebrate TVHC embarking on the adventure that is Care Transformation!
We are thankful for another successful Tiburcio Gives Thanks Week and being able to bring staff together to celebrate and appreciate each other’s hard work!
