Connect a Candidate is a referral program that allows any individual outside our organization to refer candidates for Physician roles at TVHC.Â
If your referral results in a hire, you will receive a reward of $5,000.

How to Make a Referral

Full Name
Indicate the full name of the physician you are referring.

Speciality
Add the physician specialty (e.g., pediatrician, adult internal medicine physician, etc).

Relationship to Prospective Candidate
Describe your relationship with the candidate (e.g., colleague, mentor, etc) or indicate "Not available" if there is no relationship.

Duration
Indicate how long you have known the candidate.

Contact Information
Include the candidate’s phone number and email address, if available.

Review and Selection Process
TVHC’s recruitment team will verify that the referred candidate is not currently under consideration and has not been previously or currently employed by TVHC. Qualified candidates will proceed through our standard recruitment process. Referrers are encouraged to submit multiple candidates; however, if multiple participants refer the same physician, the reward will be granted to the first individual who submitted the referral.
Reward Amount
$2,500 is paid after the referred physician completes 30 days of employment and the remaining $2,500 is paid after they complete 180 days. The reward payment is subject to applicable taxes. Referrers are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of the reward. TVHC will provide necessary tax documentation to the referrer as required by law.
