Earlier this month, some of our Mission Clinic staff went above and beyond to make one of our pediatric patient’s days very special. 

After learning that it was the patient’s birthday and that her mom did not have the resources to purchase a gift or a cake, these staff members decided to take matters into their own hands. 

Family Nurse Practitioner Jia Qi Fan Abdon, Appointment Clerk/Medical Receptionists Leslie Vasquez and Koraima Arellano, Dental Receptionists Blanca Villa and Liliana Cantera Trinidad, and Medical Assistant Griselda Cervantes worked together to bring the patient a cupcake and a gift to make her birthday extra special! 

To thank these staff members for their generous act of kindness towards their patient, CEO Andrea Schwab-Galindo visited the clinic to deliver thank-you gifts to each staff member and show appreciation for their embodiment of TVHC’s core values.
