We are excited to announce the launch of our MyChart and eCheck-In Campaign at Mission Pediatrics! 

With the campaign beginning April 1st, the Hayward Pediatrics Registration staff will be working with TVHC’s Early Childhood Development (ECD) team, the Resources Specialist team, and the Promotoras over the next few months to improve patient access and streamline healthcare interactions. This initiative will focus on equipping front desk and registration staff with a thorough understanding of eCheck-In functionalities while increasing MyChart activation among patients. 

As part of this campaign, TVHC will begin sending questionnaires via MyChart, allowing patients to share valuable feedback and helping providers gain deeper insights into their needs. These digital questionnaires offer a convenient way for patients to complete forms from home, eliminating paperwork and making visits more efficient. More importantly, they enable providers to tailor care more effectively, ensuring each patient receives the support they need.

Running from April 1 through May 29, this campaign will introduce new ways for patients to manage their healthcare, including updating allergies, signing documents, verifying insurance, paying copays, and checking in online. Throughout April, our team will host tabling events to assist patients with MyChart activation and provide guidance on the eCheck-In feature.
