Interim Chief Medical Officer

Michael Stacey, MD, MPH

Dr. Michael Stacey, MD, MPH is a family physician and seasoned healthcare executive with a deep commitment to health equity, community health, and high-quality care delivery. He brings over two decades of leadership in clinical practice, public health, and health systems management.

Dr. Stacey has held key leadership roles, including serving as Chief Medical Officer at LifeLong Medical Care and as Deputy Director of Health and Social Services for Solano County, where he oversaw county-owned community health centers and led a range of public health programs.

He is a longtime leader in regional health equity initiatives and currently serves on the board of the Bay Area Regional Health Inequities Initiative (BARHII), a coalition of public health departments and community partners advancing racial and economic equity across the Bay Area.

Throughout his career, he has focused on strengthening access to care for vulnerable populations, implementing innovative models such as street medicine and medical respite, and using data-driven strategies to improve quality outcomes.

Her expertise spans medical strategy, physician leadership, urgent care, and emergency medicine, and she leverages data, technology, and clinical pathways to elevate healthcare systems and insurance companies. 

Before joining TVHC, Dr. LouAnne Giangreco served as the Chief Medical Officer at American Family Care, the nation’s largest network of walk-in centers.

In that position, she led the Provider Services, Pharmacy, Lab, and X-Ray teams, overseeing a downline of over 300 professionals. In this role, she was instrumental in developing and executing strategic and operational plans for the clinical team, including establishing a comprehensive clinical pathways program to support the Quintuple Aim.
