John Siddall serves as Chief Financial Officer at Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center (TVHC), bringing over two decades of experience in financial leadership across the public health and nonprofit sectors.
Before joining TVHC, John held leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer at Plymouth Housing Group, a nonprofit housing development organization, and Vice President of Finance at HealthPoint, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Washington. His career reflects a consistent track record of improving financial performance while supporting quality care, patient experience, safety, and provider engagement.
As a collaborative team leader, John is passionate about streamlining operations, enhancing processes, and supporting TVHC’s mission through sound financial stewardship and cross-functional communication.
John’s expertise spans strategic planning, budget development and management, cost control, and resource planning. He has led high-impact cost initiatives to drive return on investment. He is also certified in project management, with a strong focus on completing complex projects on time and within budget.
John holds a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) from George Washington University and a Master of Public Administration Degree (MPA) from the University of Washington in addition to being a Board Member with Pacific Medical Centers.
In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his family and friends, as well as enjoy the great outdoors.
