We are thrilled to announce that TVHC has earned two Community Health Quality Recognition (CHQR) badges this year: the Advancing Health Information Technology (HIT) for Quality badge and the Addressing Social Risk Factors badge. 

These awards are given by the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) to recognize health centers that demonstrate excellence in health information technology and address the social determinants of health.  

The Advancing HIT for Quality badge highlights our commitment to integrating cutting-edge technology to improve patient outcomes, while the Addressing Social Risk Factors badge underscores our focus on eliminating barriers to care, ensuring that patients’ social and economic challenges are met with the support they need.
