March 2026 CEO Community Update
March has been a month of meaningful progress at TVHC, and I am excited for the opportunity to share a few highlights from across our organization.Â
This month, we proudly recognized our 2025 TVHC Values Champions, a group of team members who exemplify our core values through their daily work and dedication to patients and colleagues.
These individuals were nominated by peers for their teamwork, people-centering attitudes, and unwavering resilience, and we are honored to celebrate the positive impact they have across our health centers and programs.Â
We also continue to advance innovative care initiatives through our Clinical Quality & Operations Workgroup (CQOW). Recent projects include Under Pressure, an effort focused on improving blood pressure control for patients with hypertension, and You Betta Check YouthSelf, a pilot program designed to increase access to preventive well‑child visits. These initiatives reflect TVHC’s commitment to improving health outcomes, reducing barriers to care, and strengthening the systems that support our patients and care teams.Â
March also marked the beginning of our staff appreciation holidays for the year, a time to recognize the many professionals who make high‑quality, compassionate care possible. This month, we celebrated our Dentists and Dental Assistants, Human Resources teams, Optometrists, and Medical Billers.
Their dedication, both in direct patient care and behind the scenes, plays a vital role in supporting the health and well‑being of our community. I look forward to continuing celebrating our staff in the months ahead.Â
