Caleb Sandford joined the executive leadership team at Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center in September 2016. In his role as Chief Transformations Officer (CTO), Caleb is responsible for the operational success of the organization, and for improving access to health services for patients.
Caleb previously served as the Deputy Chief Operations Officer for Clinic Sierra Vista, the fourth largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in the nation, located in California’s Central Valley. Prior to that, Caleb oversaw multiple primary care and urgent care clinics at Genesis Health System in Iowa.
Originally from Missoula, Mont., Caleb graduated from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, Calif. and received a MBA from Brigham Young University.
He resides in Fremont with his family.
