CareSignal is a communication platform that enables patients to connect with their care team through easy-to use text messages and phone calls.

Eligible patients will receive a phone call or text message to enroll. You will select two days per week to receive your text or automated phone call. It only takes a few minutes each week to respond to TVHC CareSignal messages.
