Interim Chief Financial Officer

Jay Boyer

Jay Boyer is the Interim Chief Financial Officer for TVHC and a partner at Facktor, a leading FQHC healthcare management firm, where he built the financial division. Boyer provides financial leadership in capital campaigns, public plan rate settings, forecasting, and financial compliance.

Prior to TVHC, he served as a contracted Chief Financial Officer at dozens of Federally Qualified Health Centers, including El Proyecto Del Barrio, Wilmington Community Clinic, The Ritter Center, Chinatown Service Center, and Unicare Health Center.

He has also trained his fellow finance colleagues at the CPCA Financial Management+ training program and has presented at several FQHC conferences across the country.

Boyer received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University. Boyer has been involved with three startups, where he developed his love for seeing businesses make the right strategic decisions to fulfill their vision. Boyer enjoys spending time with his wife watching his two children take on the world.
