Family Health Fiesta

Thank you for your interest in supporting TVHC’s 2026 Family Health Fiesta! Whether you are interested in sponsoring the event, donating resources, hosting a community booth, or all the above your participation helps connect local families with healthcare, wellness resources, and community services.

Host a Community Resource Booth 

Connect directly with families, children, and community members at Family Health Fiesta. Community partner booths are an opportunity to share information about your programs and services, provide resources, and build meaningful connections with residents.

Why Participate?

Booth/Tabling Information

What TVHC Provides:

  • One designated outside booth space (8’ x 16’), unless alternative space arrangements have been approved in advance by TVHC.
  • One table and two chairs.
  • Lunch for up to two representatives per organization.

Participating Organizations are Encouraged to Bring:

  • Educational materials and resources
  • Giveaways or promotional items
  • Interactive activities or demonstrations
  • Signage and booth decorations
  • Tents or canopies

Sponsor or Donate

Ways to Support

  • Financial Sponsorships – Provide financial support to help cover event expenses, activities, resources, and giveaways.
  • In-kind Donations – Donate goods, services, or materials that support event operations and attendee experience.
  • Raffle Prizes – Donate gift cards, family-friendly items, toys, wellness products, or other prizes to be raffled throughout the event.
  • Food & Refreshments – Donate healthy snacks, refreshments, or food items for children and families attending the event.
  • Health & Wellness Services – Offer health screenings, wellness activities, educational demonstrations, and other services that promote community health.
  • Host a Community Resource Booth – Host a booth to share programs, services, educational materials, resources, and giveaways with attendees (see “Host a Community Resource Booth” below for information)

Sponsorship Benefits

Sponsorship opportunities include logo recognition, event acknowledgements, booth/tabling opportunities, and other benefits based on sponsorship level.

Donation & Raffle Prize Wish List

Community Resource Booth Registration

Organizations interested in participating must complete this form.

The registration form will ask for:

  • Organization name and contact information
  • Description of programs and services
  • Booth activity information (if applicable)
  • Equipment or accommodation requests
  • Any dietary restrictions

Participating organizations will also be asked to sign a:

  • Consent to the event policies and participation requirements
  • Liability waiver
  • Photo release acknowledgment

Event Logistics

The Family Health Fiesta will be held in the back parking lot at TVHC’s Mission Health Center located at: 22331 Mission Blvd., Hayward, CA 94541.

  • Event Date: Saturday, August 29, 2026
  • Event Hours: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Community Partner Check-In & Set-Up: 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM

Community partner booths are expected to remain staffed and operational for the duration of the event.

Parking – Parking information and loading instructions for community partners will be provided prior to the event. Parking at the event site may be limited and carpooling is encouraged whenever possible.

Please Note: Electricity is not provided. Wi-Fi access may be limited. Generators are not permitted without prior approval. Organizations are responsible for removing all materials and supplies at the end of the event. TVHC reserves the right to remove any participant displaying, distributing, or promoting materials, products, or activities deemed inappropriate for the event audience.
